Returns Policy — Coral’s Creative Kits

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened paint-by-numbers kits.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

• If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us within 5 days for a free replacement or refund.

• Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
